This coffee is a fascinating specialty blend designed for all lovers of unconventional and flavor -rich profiles. From the very first sip, it will enchant you with its juiciness, exceptional clarity, and perfectly balanced sweetness. The flavor profile is dominated by refreshing honeydew melon, creating a playful, extremely fruity, and unforgettable experience. With an overall prestigious SCA score of 85 points, this coffee will delight both experienced coffee enthusiasts seeking innovative flavor nuances and those who are just beginning to explore the world of specialty filter coffee and want to experience something truly exceptional.

The foundation of this superb coffee lies in its origin in South America—specifically Colombia, one of the world’s most famous coffee-growing regions. The coffee trees grow on the Sanema farm in the picturesque Finca Seven Sunsets area, where they enjoy an ideal microclimate. The beans are grown at altitudes ranging from 1, 300 to 1,600 meters above sea level. It is precisely this higher altitude that allows the coffee cherries ample time to ripen slowly, giving the beans high density, natural sweetness, and a complex aromatic profile that fully unfolds when gently brewed using a filter.

In terms of botanical origin, this is the traditional and highly popular Caturra variety from the 2025 harvest. The uniqueness of this coffee lies primarily in its advanced and precise processing method, which combines anaerobic fermentation with co-fermentation and the washed process. During the anaerobic process—carried out in the absence of air and combined with the addition of melon—the beans acquire an unmistakable fruity character and intensity, while the subsequent washing process keeps the overall profile beautifully clean, light, and perfectly distinct.
