Brewing Dealers know how to elevate coffee to a romantic experience—and their Rosebelle is proof of that. This Colombian specialty smells like a flower garden in full bloom, where delicate rose petals blend with the smoothness of chocolate and an elegance that lingers long after the last sip. In the cup, you will find a velvety smooth texture, delicate floral notes, and a rich sweetness that is not heavy but envelops you with lightness. It is a coffee for moments when you want to treat yourself to something truly beautiful — for the soul, the nose, and the tongue.

The beans for this exceptional coffee come from the Finca Chambakú farm, run by Felipe Restrepo – known to his friends in the coffee world as Cofelipe. His farm is located in the Villamaría area of the Caldas region, where Felipe combines traditional knowledge with innovative processing techniques. At an altitude of 1,450 meters above sea level, he grows the Caturra variety with an emphasis on sustainability, quality, and above all, experimentation. He is a Q Processor and SCA-certified barista, and his work has earned Chambakú coffees scores of over 90 points on several occasions. Coffee here is not just a product — it is the result of curiosity, passion, and honest work with nature.

What makes Rosebelle so unforgettable is the processing method: washed rose co-fermented. During the washed fermentation, rose petals are added to the process, imparting their aroma and flavor profile to the coffee. It is a bold, delicate, and very precise method. The washed base brings purity and elegance, while the rose fermentation adds a unique perfume and floral signature that sets this coffee apart from all others. The result is a cup that doesn't feel experimental – just natural and beautiful.

I have the impression that even though there isn't much in the package, I won't finish it.

Beans look beautiful in size and aspect.
I didn’t experience the rose smell and tasting notes. On the contrary, it came across quite bitter and tasteless.
