After diluting the brew with quite a lot of water it became drinkable and actually had some interesting notes
I absolutely cannot get this coffee. No matter the recipe it tastes extremely over extracted and bitter
The smell and aromas of the dry and wet are very roasty.
Visually it also very clear that it is not “light” roast
Recipe
Method of preparation:
Coffee (g): 15
Water (g): anywhere between 200-230
Water temperature: 88-92
Grinder (settings): coarse-very coarse
Process: v60
