grains evenly spaced
Unfortunately, despite various experiments and using the ZP6 grinder, I was unable to achieve the described flavor profile from the coffee.
The aroma is also rather mild. For this price (and considering that the coffee isn't months old), I would have expected a more intense aroma and flavor.

Sweet and smooth coffee
A nice, light, and even roast
A peculiar artificial apricot flavor—I would prefer a more natural expression of fruitiness

It's a pretty good roast; it could be lighter, but at this stage, where it's almost like an omni roast, it's starting to develop some unique flavors.
No off-flavors
It was easy to brew, and the roast profile was similar to the last batch of Friedhats Ecuador I had—I couldn't detect any roast flavor. I brewed it using my standard recipe and water at around 89 degrees.
100g isn't too much or too little. This would let me experiment with Orb maybe once and try my recipe with T92 in a V60, using a very coarse grind.
Overall, I'm happy with this coffee: I would give it 4.5 stars if it weren't for the price, some defective beans in the bag, and some beans that look a little odd, like they were roasted unevenly.

The flavor and aroma profile match the description. Apricots with vanilla.
An elegant coffee made for an afternoon break.
Buy bottled water. It's worth it.
