very uneven roasting
I usually love boo's products but this one is undrinkable even with very low extraction (aeropress 14g for 210ml and 30 seconds extraction ...)
saltiness takes over everything else

It tastes spoiled. The fermentation must have gone wrong somehow. It leaves a bad aftertaste in your mouth.

Probably a bad batch, I can't make good coffee with it, unfortunately it reminds me of when I was 15 and had to choose between Nespresso and Jihlavanka.

With peace of mind I can write that I have never had worse coffee in my life.
Artificial flavour, with little in common with coffee.
For me, unbearable - and I've had different parts of the world.

The cover, the taste profile in general would be useful to me.
Although I sometimes buy some experimental coffee, this is too much for me. I had to clean the grinder, wash everything around to disappear - very chemical and no coffee at all. Too bad money.
