Deep and full-bodied
That velvety coffee that isn't overpowering, isn't sour, and isn't even bitter—just a well-balanced classic that you choose when you don't want to go for something wild
It's a really good espresso, though the flavor is perhaps a little too mild for my taste

The exquisite aroma of the beans, the amazing smell of ground coffee, and the divine taste of magic in a cup. Few coffees affect me this way. I have something to compare it to. I don't complicate the preparation unnecessarily; I don't take a scientific approach.
I didn't like how quickly it disappeared inside me. You simply want to have this coffee in your cup as often as possible!

Beautiful aroma reminiscent of high-quality black tea, a hint of bergamot, with a strawberry finish – exactly as described.
Balanced full flavor with accentuated but not aggressive acidity and no disturbing bitterness.
For me, one of the best espressos of the year.
I have no reservations; even the slightly higher price tag is fully justified.

Consistency of brews – I've had 4 packs with different roasting dates
flavor profile
Caffeine content – this is very subjective, but I found that the beans contain less caffeine.
