I had it directly from them in Gothenburg, compared to GAKUYUINI it is such a "heavier and spicier coffee", apparently quite susceptible to preparation and the taste changes with temperature.

The irresistible aroma of the grains immediately upon opening the package.
A very pronounced fruity taste with fine acidity thanks to the predominant gooseberry followed by blackberry. Distinct, but at the same time soft, not pungent taste.

Process: pour 50 g for 30 sec, then add to 310 g of water within 1:20 minutes and leave the extraction until 2:00-2:30.
