Water Temperature: 91
Grinder (setting): 1Zpresso Quick Air, 60 clicks
Process: 50g of water for blooming, at 0:30 top up to 120g, at 1:00 to 200g, at 1:30 to 250g, and then between 2:30 and 2:45 I remove the V60 from the coffee and let it cool to drinking temperature
