It's not a medium roast, if I were being very generous, I'd say medium dark.
Even though I grind to a coarseness almost equivalent to cold brew, the coffee produces an extreme amount of dust.

I thought that this coffee was quite sensitive to the preparation method - the taste depended on how exactly I followed the procedure, mainly the temperature of the water was enough (but that's how it felt to me). I've also had really good coffees before that really suited me, hence the half star down. When I followed the procedure, I was satisfied, but this coffee didn't really bring me to my knees.

Extra pleasant coffee to drink. There is nothing there that bothers me.
The beans have a great smell.
Things that should be there can be felt in the taste without any problem. Gentle Honey processed sweet El Salvador, then a pleasant aftertaste of red oranges remains on the tongue.
I highly recommend.
La Cabra is relatively rare here, so I have the urge to buy every single one they put out.
Recipe
For now, I'm using the basic Hoffman recipe at 15g : 250g, it suits me that way and I'll start experimenting later.
