La Cabra Coffee

I thought that this coffee was quite sensitive to the preparation method - the taste depended on how exactly I followed the procedure, mainly the temperature of the water was enough (but that's how it felt to me). I've also had really good coffees before that really suited me, hence the half star down. When I followed the procedure, I was satisfied, but this coffee didn't really bring me to my knees.
