The coffee tastes just as good as it sounds.
The roast described here isn't light to medium-light, but rather medium-light to medium, and it's closer to medium. I'd prefer a lighter roast.

The acidity is lower, but it's still a modern espresso
It has a beautiful tiger-striped pattern
It will probably have a nutty flavor, with a subtle sweetness
I didn't really get a sense of the flavors from the description

Great flavor profile
Very light body; it disappears in milk
To me, a flat white made with this coffee tastes like a cappuccino :D

For me, one of the best coffees of last year.
complex fruit
