A very distinctive and unusual aroma. * Distinctive sweetness and juiciness. * Beautiful floral notes and raspberry lemonade. * A truly interesting and unconventional coffee whose flavor never gets old. * Works very well as a filter coffee.
It’s fairly difficult to prepare, and if brewed incorrectly, it can taste bitter or even slightly “soapy.” * The rose-like and floral flavor is really intense, so it might not be to everyone’s taste. * It’s not exactly a versatile coffee for everyday drinking.

It has a very pleasant taste and aroma; it reminds me of my favorite Whittard black tea.
The "rose flavor" doesn't overpower the taste of the coffee, which still comes through quite strongly
I didn't feel like it lost any of its intensity over time, which is something that used to happen with other coffees.
I don't know; I've only tried it with a V60, so it remains to be seen how it behaves with other brewing methods.
The taste is really unique, and it might not be for everyone
