Recipe
Preparation method: V60
Coffee (g): 20
Water (g): 300
Water temperature: I water immediately as soon as the water boils
Grinder (setting): 22 (Wilfa Uniform)
Process: 50g bloom, 0:45 I add to 150g and after draining to 300g, mix with the whole container. Total time approx. 2:40.
