On the Brazilian side, the blend includes a natural lot of Manga Larga, named after a noble breed of horse and grown by the Reis family on their Rancho Grande farm. This coffee is typical of the Sul de Minas region – after a short anaerobic fermentation, it is dried slowly in static boxes. This gives it a creamy body, delicate sweetness, and subtle fruitiness. The Colombian component is a washed lot from the innovative The Green Coffee Company project – the most technologically advanced farm in Colombia. Located in the Salgar region of Antioquia, it emphasizes sustainability, transparency, and social responsibility. It brings purity, structure, and pleasant red fruit tones to the blend.
The processing of both coffees has been carefully selected to ensure that the resulting blend is perfectly balanced – a 50/50 blend of naturally processed Brazil and washed Colombia ensures a smooth body, chocolate base and refreshing fruity finish.
