Pleasant coffee, you can smell the nougat there.

Recipe

Preparation method: Espresso (Cafelat Robot)
Coffee (g): 18
Water (g): 54
The water temperature:
Grinder (adjustment): 7-8 cranks on C40
Process: Preheat the portafilter. 30 seconds of pre-infusion at 1-2 bar, then approx. 30 seconds of extraction at 6 bar.

Or https://kofio.cz/kava/brazilie-toucan-goat-story/… :). Both should taste similar to Koppi Red Clay. :)
