The Finca Hartmann farm behind this lot is located in the Santa Clara region of western Panama. It is a family business with a long tradition and a clear focus on quality, sustainability, and respect for nature. The coffee trees grow here under natural shade in a biodiverse environment, combining a scientific approach with generations of experience. This particular lot is composed of Caturra and Catuaí varieties, typical of the region and prized for their sweetness and complexity. The Hartmann family prides itself on carefully supervising every step—from cultivation to drying—and it is thanks to this that their coffees are among the most sought-after in all of Panama.
The coffee was processed using the natural method, which brings out its fruitiness and full body. Careful drying on African beds was carried out under the supervision of the Hartmann family team, which prides itself on precision. The resulting purity of flavor is a testament to their craftsmanship and attention to detail.
