Looking for an espresso that will surprise you with its juiciness and elegance? La Huella Nicaragua from Rotterdam-based Manhattan Coffee Roasters brings a harmonious combination of green apple, melon and caramel flavours, backed by a fresh, juicy body. The cup combines fresh fruitiness with a subtle sweetness - the result of a traditional approach, superior production and careful roasting. La Huella is proof that even a young farm can produce world-class coffee. If you crave an espresso that is fresh, complex yet approachable, this Nicaraguan beauty is the right choice. Enhance your morning or afternoon break with a coffee that will leave a real "footprint" - not only on your palate, but also in your memory.

This coffee comes from the Matagalpa region of Nicaragua, specifically from the La Huella farm, which has been managed by the renowned Fincas Mierisch family since 2014. The farm is located in the Arenal Nature Reserve, which protects local biodiversity and reduces deforestation and water contamination. Thanks to the unique microclimate, the farm is shrouded in fog for approximately 60% of the day, creating natural shade for the coffee trees without the need for shade trees - conditions that give rise to exceptional coffees.

The H1 variety used has been processed using the hybrid washed method, which combines conventional washing with modern techniques to bring out the flavour. The result is a clean and balanced cup with a beautiful texture and a distinctive flavour profile. The entire process takes place on the farm, under the supervision of the Mierisch family, one of Central America's top coffee selectors.

Value for money! Comparing to other Mahnattan products in higher lines, i found it a little worse, but they cost double the price!
I didn't get the flavors very clear but it is washed so maybe it is normal
