At first, I gave this coffee a really bad review—it tasted like paper and sugar, and I couldn’t detect any fruity notes. My opinion did a complete 180 after a week, when the coffee started smelling beautifully of berries—and tasting that way, too! I didn’t change the recipe at all; I guess it really just needed a week to rest, which is a bummer because almost the whole package is already gone...

Nice packaging
I can taste the paper flavor of old coffee in the coffee.
Either I'm doing something wrong, or something has changed since July, because there are only positive reviews here.
Not drinkable in a filter, better as espresso, but probably the worst Ethiopian coffee I've ever had.
