Pleasant aroma of grains.
A taste for tea and nuts.
An unpleasant acidity for me. I guess I'm just not into Ethiopia.
Quite bitter, I definitely wouldn't buy it. For me, the worst cafe of the calendar so far.
Recipe
Preparation method: Aeropress Go
Coffee (g): measuring cup
Water (g): full tube
Water temperature: 95
Grinder (settings): electric Sencor
Process: I didn't have the strength to grind by hand, so I went for the quick version. :) Phew! I hope I will be healthy tomorrow!
