Sweet Colombia like you've never tasted before! Sweet Valley from Manhattan Roasters is the return of an iconic coffee that has been revived in style thanks to a new collaboration with CGLE. The cup is dominated by notes of caramelized apple, plum, and hibiscus, all with a characteristic juicy body that makes this coffee exceptionally enjoyable. The coffee is filter roasted, and thanks to its fruitiness, it is also suitable for experimental preparations with higher extraction or as a refreshing iced variant ( cold brew). This coffee will be appreciated by those looking for complexity as well as lovers of sweet, straightforward profiles.

The beans come from the Finca Potosí farm in the Valle del Cauca region, managed by the renowned producer Café Granja La Esperanza. This farm has a rich history dating back to the 1930s and is now one of the leading producers of competition-winning coffees. Finca Potosí is part of a portfolio of five farms operated by Granja La Esperanza with an emphasis on innovation and sustainability. The Colombia variety is a cross between Caturra and Hybrido de Timor and was bred for greater disease resistance and better flavor. Despite its instability in flavor, this lot maintains its distinctive character thanks to a precise approach to fermentation and cherry selection.

Processing is carried out using the natural method with controlled fermentation for 15 hours, followed by drying in a dehumidifier for 72 hours, which ensures consistent flavor development and purity of profile. The result is a lively, juicy cup full of fruity layers and a sweet finish—exactly what you would expect from a name like Sweet Valley.
