Behind this exceptional coffee is the farm of Rodrigo Sánchez, located at an altitude of 1,650 meters in the Huila region of Colombia. Laurina, a variety that is naturally low in caffeine, is grown here in nutrient-rich soil. This gives the coffee cherries an unusually sweet and complex character. Rodrigo focuses on thoughtful farming practices and selective harvesting, so each harvest bears his personal signature.

The processing was done using the natural method, but not in the usual way – something special happened here. The coffee fermented in whole cherries and was slowly dried, which preserved its beautiful purity and gave it an intense aroma. The resulting profile received 88 points in sensory evaluation and dominates the "special" category – an experience that defies all conventional categories. Right after opening you can smell quite extravagant aroma of these beans
The taste is quite strong with a lot of character, I really enjoy those "wood" notes in it
Definitely not the every day coffee, but I plan to re-purchase it again later if its available
