Quality is of the utmost importance to us and we put it first. It all starts with the harvest on the plantation. The beans we order are hand-harvested on small farms that specialize in producing the highest quality ingredients. We always take seasonality into account when selecting our range, so that the coffee we receive is as fresh as possible. When the beans arrive at our roastery, they undergo a roasting process to bring out their maximum potential.
Hayb knows we have thousands of great roasters around the world doing the same thing. Behind every well-roasted coffee, there is a FAMILY... which in their case, continues to grow.
The roastery is run by a father and son. Wiktor Borowski, the father, explained that Hayb has always had a strong social commitment to the community and causes that are oppressed.
