About HAYB Speciality Coffee

HAYB is a roastery and a once-in-a-lifetime project in the minds of coffee lovers who simply ask: How Are You Brewing?

This sentence is not just an invitation to taste their production, but a journey of tasting, importing, roasting and finally choosing the best quality coffee. HAYB wants and always guarantees to deliver the best quality coffee that offers an irresistible flavour profile.

Quality is of the utmost importance to us and we put it first. It all starts with the harvest on the plantation. The beans we order are hand-harvested on small farms that specialize in producing the highest quality ingredients. We always take seasonality into account when selecting our range, so that the coffee we receive is as fresh as possible. When the beans arrive at our roastery, they undergo a roasting process to bring out their maximum potential.

Hayb knows we have thousands of great roasters around the world doing the same thing. Behind every well-roasted coffee, there is a FAMILY... which in their case, continues to grow.

The roastery is run by a father and son. Wiktor Borowski, the father, explained that Hayb has always had a strong social commitment to the community and causes that are oppressed. From an annual coffee special to commemorate International Women's Day to one that is dedicated to mongrels, dogs that are not of any particular race. Hayb Coffee is very socially conscious. Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)

When it comes to specialty coffee, Hayb often works with smaller coffee importers that focus on specific regions, such as 1000 Hills, through which they source coffee from Rwanda. Their goal is to have as much transparency and traceability as possible to ensure that they can properly showcase where each coffee comes from and who has worked so hard to produce it.

After playing with the coarseness of the grind a bit, it's a pretty good coffee, but...
...she is so dull, uninteresting. I already had much better "fruit bombs". I received it as a gift, I would not buy again myself.
