For those who are not afraid of unexpected taste experiences - a vibrant yet elegant coffee.

EL PLACER PINK is a coffee that stands out at first sight and taste. With a bright pink wrapper and a distinctly fruity flavour profile, it brings fresh notes of melon and ponzu to the cup - a citrus sauce that combines sweetness and light saltiness. This bold combination is the result of meticulous work with the Pink Bourbon variety and Dark Woods Roastery, which has gained popularity for its subtle floral aroma and juicy acidity. The medium-light roast accentuates its smoothness and makes it an ideal choice not only for espresso, but also for filter or fine methods such as V60 or aeropress.

The beans come from El Placer Farm, the farm behind Sebastian Ramirez, a fourth generation Colombian farmer, but also a visionary and "coffee designer" who has gained recognition across the competitive coffee world in recent years. His innovative approach to coffee processing and flavour tuning has catapulted him to the world's top producers. Today, El Placer Farm is synonymous with technical precision, experimental approaches and exceptional quality. Sebastian's passion and courage to push the boundaries of flavour make each of his harvests an experience to behold - and this Pink Fruits edition is proof of that.

This coffee is processed through co-fermentation, a controlled fermentation process with the addition of natural ingredients. Whole cherries are first fermented for 120 hours in CO₂-flushed tanks that limit the access of oxygen. The fruit is then de-skinned and fermented with fruit glucose and dried fruit for a further 72 hours. This process brings out sweetness and exotic flavours that would be impossible to achieve using conventional methods. The coffee then undergoes a controlled drying process for 25 days, resulting in a cup that is intense, juicy and fine-tuned to the last detail. The result is a truly exceptional experience - a coffee that entertains, surprises and lingers in the memory.
