Not a trace of the apricots
I tried different grind sizes, but I couldn't get anything good out of it

The coffee didn't live up to expectations, and for that price, there are much better coffees available here

Beautiful extraction. Right from the second attempt, a beautiful shot with a ratio of 2.11.
Nice grain color
I don't know if everyone can do it, but it's easy to prepare on a lever machine.
I've had it for a week since roasting, so the crema is absolutely excellent.
The coffee doesn't smell good
The coffee doesn't taste like anything.
Zero taste profile
Coffee is not sweet
It's simply a classic from Candycane. This is my fourth attempt with this roaster.
It's been a week since roasting. I don't expect any change, but I'll try to wait another week with this coffee....

Preparation method: Sage Barista Pro Coffee (g): 18.0 Water (g): Water temperature: 96 °C, 9 BAR Grinder (setting): internal stones level 2, device setting level 9. Process: quick morning process

I don't like to criticize anything and it's still better coffee than supermarket coffee, but compared to Naugthy Dog or The Barn roasters it's downright bad coffee
