Not the usual brazilian coffee

Method of preparation: Aeropress

Process:
• Place brewer on standard position
• Pour 200mL water to wet all grounds
• Insert plunger 1cm to create vacuum
• Wait 2 minutes
• Swirl gently
• Wait 30 seconds before pressing

S přibývajícím časem se chuťový profil měnil k lepšímu
Dokázal jsem ocenit komplexnost po "propití se"
Ze začátku to byl flop. Nastavení kávy šlo poměrně dobře, ale ani přenastavením jsem nebyl schopen vykřesat nic lepšího než průměr.
Ve finále to bylo kafe, na které jsem si musel zvyknout a propít se k němu.
