The Nero Scuro Roastery takes the art of coffee roasting to a new level, offering a premium selection of freshly roasted microlots from the most famous coffee growing regions around the world. This roastery, located in the picturesque town of Bassano del Grappa northeast of Venice, is the perfect place to combine the precise roasting of each lot with an overall love for fine coffee. Using special roasting profiles for espresso and filter coffee, they can reveal in coffee the distinctive, complex flavors and captivating aromas that define the essence of each origin.

They carefully select only those coffees that arouse their passion - those that they would like to enjoy. As a third-wave micro roaster, they focus on quality over quantity and roast more to order every Friday and Saturday to ensure each batch is as fresh as possible. To maintain their peak freshness, their coffees are shipped worldwide via express courier every Monday, so they reach you in their most vibrant state.

The roasting process in the Nero Scuro roastery is thought out down to the last detail. They roast in small batches, which allows them precise control over the process, which is necessary to perfectly roast each coffee and obtain the best properties from each bean. They use a traditional drum roaster combined with advanced temperature control technology to ensure consistency and perfection in every cup. After roasting, the coffee is quickly packed in high-quality bags with degassing valves, which retain all the freshness and delicate flavors.

Process:
• Place brewer on standard position
• Pour 200mL water to wet all grounds
• Insert plunger 1cm to create vacuum
• Wait 2 minutes
• Swirl gently
• Wait 30 seconds before pressing
