Pleasantly fruity, just the right amount of acidity, low bitterness
The descriptors mentioned can really be found in the taste, even though I haven't tasted much of it yet.
Ideal for the V60, easy to tune, and has a decent range of flavors.
I haven't managed to perfect the Aeropress yet.

The strawberry flavor is a little artificial, but it doesn't overpower the taste of the coffee. It's not something I would drink every day, but my overall impression is very positive. It's just a nice, funky coffee.

Wonderfully bright espresso, balanced with a lot of layers. If you are a fan of modern, bright, acidic espresso, then this will be definitely for you.
Flavor of grapefruit very present, texture of cream as well
Roasters really know what they are doing. You can tell the full potential of the bean has been developed during the roast! - and at a good price point as well.
Couldn't really taste the strawberry; just had a hint of fruitiness in that direction.
Recipe
Method of preparation: Espresso
Coffee (g): 13
Water (g): 28 out
Water temperature: 90
Grinder (settings): lagom casa - 7 (fine, but almost on the medium range).
Process: on a gaggia classic; 13g in, 28g out. 15sec pre-infusion. 27sec brew time in total (including pre-infusion).
Same recipe with 36g out is also nice, taste is a bit more mild, and a tiny bit more fruitiness comes through.

Good price for coffee with co-fermentation
You can definitely taste and smell the strawberries.
Compared to similar coffees, e.g. from Francin, a weaker result.
It could be fresher
"Strawberry flavor" is a bit artificial.
