Sweet, delicate
Non-homogeneous roasting
It required proper sorting, then it was possible to work with it.

Nice packaging
I can taste the paper flavor of old coffee in the coffee.
Either I'm doing something wrong, or something has changed since July, because there are only positive reviews here.
Not drinkable in a filter, better as espresso, but probably the worst Ethiopian coffee I've ever had.

The strongest smelling coffee I've ever had
It smells like Skittles. No strawberries, papaya, or dragon fruit. Just Skittles. 10 kg of Skittles.
It also tastes like Skittles.
The ideal choice for blends where you need to "liven up" a more boring coffee or complement a more chocolatey coffee. 10% of this coffee in any blend = easy win.
Unfortunate choice of package size. 250g is really a lot for such an aromatic coffee; it cannot be consumed daily.
It is quite one-dimensional, even at ratios higher than 1:20, the taste is uniform. This is not entirely negative, but the coffee quickly becomes bland.

Value for money! Comparing to other Mahnattan products in higher lines, i found it a little worse, but they cost double the price!
I didn't get the flavors very clear but it is washed so maybe it is normal

Nice coffee
Subtle flavour
Easy to extract
Omni or espresso roast, not filter roast
Carbon like flavour
This roaster is worsening coffee after coffee
Extremely expensive for the roast profile and quality
