I like coffee, it doesn't make me happy, but I like it.

This coffee is much better for me when it's cold, impossible to drink warm/hot, but once it's cold it tastes much better, choco, cinnamon and other "Christmas" flavours will appear.

Neither offensive nor inspiring
The only distinct flavor I could detect was overroasted chocolate.

Retro coffee - evokes nostalgia for times long past
I drink it purely for nostalgic reasons—it's not experimental, distinctive, thrilling, or even provocative in any way—but it's usually good when it's cold and dark outside. It doesn't stand out from the crowd, but it will appeal to non-coffee lovers and help coffee lovers pleasantly restart their taste buds as part of an experimental journey.
I don't think it's suitable for cold brew due to its character.
A Christmas classic, goes well with gingerbread and cookies :-)

I'm a filter maniac, I've been drinking about 3/4 liter a day for years, but this, THIS is probably the worst, well, one of the few terrible ones I've ever had. Like a dark night when you hope to see at least one star in the sky, but there's nothing. Nothing anywhere.

A pleasant, light, fruity/floral Ethiopian coffee. It's not "wow," which is great for everyday drinking.
At first, it had a wild and unpleasant taste, but then it disappeared. Probably after a few days of "airing."

Pleasant aroma during preparation and afterwards (honey, fruity)
The resulting cup is sweet and full-flavored.
I use it on v60, but I'll try it on cold brew too. I think its aroma makes it really suitable for that.
When I drink the filter while it is still hot, the taste is slightly pungent and bitter. After five minutes, once the filter has cooled down a little, the pungency subsides and only sweetness remains with a hint of pleasant acidity. I can't blame the bitterness on the beans, but I'll just adjust the recipe next time :)
Recipe
Preparation method: v60 Coffee (g): 20g Water (g): 300g Water temperature: 95
Grinder (setting): manual grinder... probably doesn't matter, but I used a finer grind Process: Initial blooming: 70g, 45s... then I added water to 110g, waited 30s... After 30s, I added 120g. The coffee ran through in 2:50.
