a pleasant pine needle aftertaste that can be detected in both the filter coffee and the espresso
The flavor is dominated by apples in any preparation, with a slight hint of grapes

I'm not a professional, but I feel the coffee has great taste potential. It has definitely an interesting and unusual taste, I rate it 5* because I bought it discounted at around EUR25, otherwise I would rate it 4*. The coffee worth trying at least to gain better understanding of coffee taste varieties.
I rate it after my just first brewing as the taste quite surprised me, it resembles cascara plus some spices with slight coffee aftertaste.
Maybe the price
