It has some really impressive bitterness which I found similar to black tea and bergamot with some hint of stone fruits
Good roast
At the same time, its complex bitterness makes it hard to love

The smell of the grains is bitter to burnt
I tried different recipes, used different filters, changed the water temperature, etc.. but I wasn't able to get better than 6/10 coffee out of the beans, I also couldn't repeat the recipe
I'm not a coffee pro, but I'm not a beginner either
