Truly a choice coffee, a great taste full of many different tones that harmonize pleasantly together. I recommend drinking more exceptionally, I alternated with washed coffees. Definitely worth a try.
Prepared through an Aeropress, I liked it best when prepared with a stainless Able Standard filter to enable better extraction of all the oils that give the coffee its mentioned taste. (12g, 90ml @90C, 1:30 inverted w/ 10s bloom)
