Decent coffee
The first beans from this roaster, which I rate highly!
The coffee is nice, it tastes great.
It's worth buying. I wasn't expecting anything, but I was pleasantly surprised.
I have never seen grains this large before. I had to focus my eyes more intently on the lens.
Minimal flavor profile. Lemon candy, no Mon Cheri. I tried a different grind setting (1 + 1 degrees) and a different brewing temperature (2 + 2 degrees). The coffee isn't bad, it's actually quite good, but the declared flavor profile isn't even close.
Recipe
Preparation method: Sage Barista Pro Coffee (g): 18.0 Water (g): Water temperature: 96 °C, 9 BAR Grinder (settings): internal stones setting 2, machine setting 10. Process: quick morning process
