Overall, good coffee from The Naughty Dog
Balanced flavor
I couldn't get the rum aroma out of it.

Rum taste is there but there are some unpleasant taste accompany along with
I’ve tried everything; different methods (V60, AeroPress), different temperatures, even intentionally over- and under-extracting. No matter what I did, I couldn’t get this coffee dialed in. There’s an unpleasant aftertaste I just couldn’t get rid of.

It won't offend, but it won't thrill either
Low acidity
I couldn't taste the rum or coconut.
I found it quite difficult to tune this coffee, but I managed it on the third attempt.
