Moonlight by Boo! is a blend like a night hug - dark but kind. This distinctive blend of modern darker roasts shows what a relaxed, sweetly intense coffee can look like without overblown bitterness. Expect a dense flavor reminiscent of dark chocolate with notes of cane sugar and biscuit and a buttery texture that coats the tongue beautifully. Moonlight is a true comfort coffee - whether you have it plain or with milk, it will always warm you up nicely. And because it's an omni roast, it lends itself to both espresso and filter.

Moonlight is currently based on a combination of coffees from Brazil and Peru. From Brazil, specifically from the Cachoeira farm , part of the Capebe cooperative in the Sul de Minas region , comes full body and dense sweetness with a hint of dark chocolate. The Peruvian ingredient from Roger Chilcon's El Diamante region , grown at altitudes of up to 1,900 metres above sea level, completes the blend with notes of cane sugar and spice. The result is a harmony of flavours that is subtle, straightforward and incredibly drinkable.

Blending with flair and a focus on freshness At Boo!, they take a whole-house approach to blends - first determining the flavour profile, then selecting the right farms and grains to help them achieve that flavour. This keeps Moonlight's flavor consistent throughout the year, even as the origins of each coffee change seasonally. The Brazilian is processed naturally, while the Peruvian component is processed using the washed method, which adds both depth and purity to the blend. All coffees are carefully selected through Falcon Coffee and roasted to fit both espresso and filter - versatile, but certainly not ordinary. So have it how you like it. And if you don't know how, Boo! has the recipes!

The taste reminded me of when someone forgets to change the capsule in a capsule coffee machine.

Ordinary "black coffee" that you pour yourself from a thermos somewhere at a team-building event.
