Enjoy Guatemala Willian Cano Navas from the Canadian roaster Sorellina Coffee, which will captivate you from the very first sip with its exceptionally rich, complex, and perfectly harmonious flavor profile. From the very first whiff of the freshly ground beans, you’ll be greeted by an enticing, captivating aroma of dark chocolate, juicy cranberries, and crunchy pecans. In the cup itself, delicate notes of smooth milk chocolate, velvety-sweet caramel, and refreshing cranberries fully dominate, coming together to create an unforgettable taste experience. This is further enhanced by a pleasant medium acidity, balanced by medium sweetness and an exceptionally velvety body, which smoothly transitions into a long, clean, and sweet milk chocolate finish.
This lot comes from sunny Guatemala, from the picturesque El Volcancito area located in the Nueva Santa Rosa region. The coffee was grown with the utmost care on the fertile La Esperanza farm under the guidance of experienced producer Willian Cana Navas and is a proud part of the inspiring community project Cafe Colis Resistencia. The traditional and time-tested Pache San Ramón variety was chosen for cultivation; thanks to the region’s specific conditions and rich soil, it acquires its unmistakable character, depth, and authentic expression.
The coffee was processed using the traditional washed method. This meticulous process of washing and subsequent drying ensures that the coffee beans perfectly and purely reflect the unique terroir of their home region. The result is a cup that stands out for its crystal-clear structure, transparent flavor, and flawless expression in every cup.
