Probably nice packaging and design
The price is not excessive.
The fruit flavor, I would say, is just right.
There is an official recipe on the roaster's website, although it may not suit your taste.
Inconsistent roasting. At least in my case.
Overhyped in my opinion. When I bought it, it had a 5x5* rating, but I'm changing it to a 3. It's an OK anaerobic fruit coffee, but in my opinion, it's nothing special compared to other anaerobic fruit coffees.
The fruit flavor is there, but it's coated in a kind of anaerobic heaviness. It's not a "summery, refreshing, clean, light" coffee.
For me personally, it's a little difficult to finish, I'm looking forward to it ending. Even though I like co-fermented coffee, this one is kind of "forced" and not very enjoyable.
Recipe
Preparation method: V60 Coffee (g): 15 Water (g): 250 Water temperature: 91-92 at the beginning, then 95 as in the original recipe after it has settled. It feels like you should try 85, but that brings out more bitterness.
Grinder (settings): Fellow Ode Gen.2 (6'), fairly coarse grind for me Process: my baseline bloom+single pour, and/or official recipe with frequent pouring as per Hoffmann
