My bag was very unevenly roasted -- but somehow still tasted amazing (in spite of or because of?)
Uneven roast. Required careful preparation, easy to get a bitter/burnt aftertaste

I bought it for cold brew, and it worked perfectly. Hopefully there will be something similar in the summer ️

attractive design
In my case, the resulting taste of the coffee did not match the description.
I miss a more pronounced fruitiness there.
Unfortunately, I probably didn't know how to make it, but I didn't like the taste and found it hard to finish, which doesn't usually happen to me with Kofio coffee.
The taste reminded me more of dark roasted coffee.

Balanced, fruity cup
It is a bit more clean than other anaerobic coffees as stated in the description, but not sure if that's desirable from this kind of coffee because it will never be as clean as a washed one.
This is not as advertised at all. Reading the description I expected some sort of intense fruit bomb, which this is definitely not. It is for sure fruity, but just on a very normal and typical scale for anaerobic fermented coffees.
Very expensive sometimes and weird change in pricing. The discounted price of ~18 euros is fine for this coffee I would say, but definitely not 23.
With this heavy advertisment I expected some sort of exceptional experience with this coffee, but it was rather underwhelming. Its a good coffee, but 'just' a normal anaerobic like I tasted it many times before, with nothing really exceptional about it that makes it stand out.
Recipe
Got the best fruity result in the aeropress.
With the v60 its a bit difficult, I had to go quite coarse and drop the temperature to 90C and do low agitation on top of that. That result in a very mild cup at the end, so preferred the aeropress cup.

Nice packaging
Musty smell
Really bad taste
Inconsistent roasting
Probably a bad batch, I can't make good coffee with it, unfortunately it reminds me of when I was 15 and had to choose between Nespresso and Jihlavanka.

Probably nice packaging and design
The price is not excessive.
The fruit flavor, I would say, is just right.
There is an official recipe on the roaster's website, although it may not suit your taste.
Inconsistent roasting. At least in my case.
Overhyped in my opinion. When I bought it, it had a 5x5* rating, but I'm changing it to a 3. It's an OK anaerobic fruit coffee, but in my opinion, it's nothing special compared to other anaerobic fruit coffees.
The fruit flavor is there, but it's coated in a kind of anaerobic heaviness. It's not a "summery, refreshing, clean, light" coffee.
For me personally, it's a little difficult to finish, I'm looking forward to it ending. Even though I like co-fermented coffee, this one is kind of "forced" and not very enjoyable.

Preparation method: V60 Coffee (g): 15 Water (g): 250 Water temperature: 91-92 at the beginning, then 95 as in the original recipe after it has settled. It feels like you should try 85, but that brings out more bitterness.
Grinder (settings): Fellow Ode Gen.2 (6'), fairly coarse grind for me Process: my baseline bloom+single pour, and/or official recipe with frequent pouring as per Hoffmann

High quality green
Smooth body, silky character
The different fruit-notes harmonize extremely well with each other
Way too dark for my taste
I wouldn´t call it a summer coffee, it is not a refreshing character, it´s more for rainy days or even for modern espresso
The change in the pricing makes a bad feeling in the stomach
Recipe
Method of preparation: V60
Coffee (g): 15
Water (g): 225
Water temperature: 60-88C
Grinder (settings): 83mm SSP Brew (medium coarse)
Process:
I tried different preparation methods because with my go-to method it did not shine at all (too roasty/bitter character with very muted fruity notes). At the end I found that the cold bloom makes the trick with this coffee:

1. pour 45g 60C water for 1:45 minutes
2. pour with 88C water till ~150g
3. pour till ~225-230g
total time approx 3 min

I bought this coffee for 23 EUR (92 EUR/kg). For that price I would give it 3 stars. Now the list price (no discount price!) dropped to 18 EUR, for this new price I give it 4 stars. But still, it is a bad feeling in the stomach that the list price changed almost 25% since I bought it...
It is my third coffee from this farm and the other two were significantly better (they were also more expensive and from other roaster). Not bad at all, very smooth and silky and the fruity notes create a beautiful harmony ...More

Full of rich tropical fruits
Long lasting flavour
Drink it slowly and hold the coffee in your mouth for a few seconds - this is a coffee for savouring slowly, like a good whiskey
At first I thought "what is this? where is the flavour?" It was my mistake for swallowing too quickly - hold the coffee in your mouth for a second or two to release the flavour. And, wait a while between sips so that the long flavour of each sip can be revealed.
