Fiftybeans presents the unique PINK FRUIT coffee – a juicy miracle that pushes the boundaries of the coffee experience. This select variety of Caturra, processed by a unique method of carbonic maceration with fruit infusion, offers a flavor profile that will completely surprise you. In the cup, you will discover tones of watermelon, fruit candies and yogurt, which are underlined by sweetness and a fresh aftertaste. This coffee will immediately draw you into a game of flavors that can hardly be compared to anything you've tasted before.

The El Placer farm where this coffee comes from is managed by innovative producer Sebastián Ramírez. It is located in the heart of Colombia, at an altitude of 1800 m above sea level. m., where the conditions combine an ideal climate, rich soil and modern processing methods. Sebastián is a pioneer in the use of fruit infusion, in which coffee cherries are fermented together with watermelon. Until recently, this approach was taboo in the coffee world, but Sebastián proves that it is a revolutionary step that takes coffee to the level of a complex gastronomic experience.

Fruit-infused carbonic maceration is an innovative coffee processing method in which coffee cherries are fermented in closed tanks without access to oxygen, often with the addition of carbon dioxide. Fruit (e.g. watermelon) is added to the process, which enriches the fermentation environment with its aromatic substances and sugars. This technique significantly affects the flavor profile of the coffee, which acquires complex and unconventional notes reminiscent of fruit or sweets, while at the same time increasing its sweetness and juiciness.

Nothing that excites me. I can smell the melon more than I can taste it. The flavor is distinctly roasted, overpowered by bitterness, even when I change the grind setting. Unfortunately, I don't recommend it; my taste buds didn't like it.

But I'm all the more pleased that Colombia has reappeared, so I immediately ordered 5×. For me, this is the top 1 in the last 5 years.

truly unusual taste
The coffee really releases its aroma after grinding.
The taste of melon is really strong and overpowers the taste of coffee.
I would definitely not combine it with milk.

Simply amazing
Beautifully scented and exceptionally tasty - an unforgettable experience
The Pink Fruit & Red Fruit edition is great, we still have to taste Orange and Yellow Fruit
I highly recommend it and I'm going to buy it for my friend for her birthday - I'm sure she'll be as excited as we are :-)
I would probably prefer a larger package, otherwise nothing
