Right after opening you can smell quite extravagant aroma of these beans
The taste is quite strong with a lot of character, I really enjoy those "wood" notes in it
Definitely not the every day coffee, but I plan to re-purchase it again later if its available
Recipe
Method of preparation: espresso turbo shot with high ratio 1:3
Coffee (g): 18g
Water (g): 70g
Water temperature: 92C
Grinder (settings): 9 on DF64V with slow feed by hand
Process: pre-infusion 6s + 12s extraction
