The Hi New Beans!roastery presents a unique combination of select coffee and musical art in its limited edition Boogie Beans. It was created in collaboration with the Hungarian roastery Cracker Jack under the leadership of master roaster Balázs Hajdú. In the cup, you will find a complex profile with notes of sweet panella, caramel toffee, and elderflower, complemented by subtle undertones of green tea. Its uniqueness lies in the four-minute sonic journey composed by Tamás Rochlitz. The composition is designed to heighten the perception of flavors: the harmonious piano and saxophone in the introduction emphasize the sweetness, while the overall house-jazz rhythm maintains a positive mood and accompanies the drinker from the first sniff to the last sip of this coffee composition.

The beans come from the Cauca region of Colombia, from the innovative Finca Juan Martin farm. This legendary Geisha variety, grown as Microlot Variety Select at an altitude of 2,050 meters, benefits from fertile volcanic soil, which has earned it a high SCA rating of 90 points. The project uses the scientific principles of "sonic seasoning, " where original music by Tamás Rochlitz specifically influences the perception of flavors while drinking. The coffee is packaged in unique vinyl packaging by Péter Vágvölgyi, which includes a color wheel for insight into the aromatic profile. The ideal choice for those seeking a deep sensory ritual. To ensure a truly professional experience, we recommend usinga recipefine-tuned by the roastery to achieve perfect extraction.

To preserve the maximum elegance and purity of the Geisha variety, the coffee has been processed using the washed method. This process ensures a high sparkle in the cup and brings out the bright acidity and floral tones that are typical of this noble variety. Thanks to precise processing and light roasting designed for filter coffee, the coffee reflects the terroir of the farm and the careful work of the growers. Boogie Beans offers a balanced experience that harmoniously combines the best of Colombian nature and modern art.
