Hi New Beans! is a community-driven specialty coffee concept that brings together leading experts, artists, and coffee lovers to create truly beautiful brews. The brand was founded and is creatively directed by Nóra Tóth, specialty coffee professional, trainer, competition moderator, and the owner of Edison & Jupiter — a downtown Budapest specialty café ranked among the Top 10 in Hungary by European Coffee Trip.

At Hi New Beans!, product development is an artistic and collaborative process. Each coffee is shaped through sensory research, expert cupping sessions and the combined knowledge of highly respected industry specialists. Our Art & Coffee series takes this philosophy further: we present exceptional coffees through the lens of contemporary art — music, poetry, fashion, ceramics, visual culture & more— turning every release into an experience that connects taste with creativity.

Sourcing Philosophy
We believe exceptional coffee starts with exceptional quality and relationships. Hi New Beans! sources its beans through direct connections with farmers, micro-producers, small exporters and washing stations who share our values: quality, transparency, craftsmanship, and respect for land and community.

We actively seek small, high-altitude lots, experimental processes, rare varieties, and exceptional harvests — coffees that express the purest form of terroir. This year, Hi New Beans! is traveling directly to Costa Rica, meeting producers, learning about harvesting, processing, and sustainability right in the field. Strengthening these connections allows us to bring home coffees that carry true origin stories, grown with intention.
