If you are looking for a coffee that is accessible, elegant, and yet rich in flavor, Gloriellas is just right for you.
The coffee comes from the Huila region of Colombia , specifically from a women's association of farmers called Gloriellas, which was founded on the initiative of the import platform Chicas Industry. The inspiration came from farmer Ana Gloria Rodríguez, whose dedication and efforts to support other women led to the establishment of a community focused on education, quality, and personal growth. The coffee is grown at an altitude of 1 , 400 meters above sea level, in ideal climatic conditions for the development of sweet and delicate flavor profiles. Together with an emphasis on detail in all stages of cultivation and processing, this results in a product with exceptional character and a powerful story.
The coffee is processed using the dry method (natural), which allows the coffee cherries to dry whole, without prior removal of the husk. This approach ensures that the sweetness and fruity notes of the fruit are transferred directly to the bean. After being picked by hand, the cherries undergo careful fermentation and are then dried slowly in the shade to achieve even drying and preserve the complexity of the flavor. The result is a coffee with a distinctly sweet character, delicate fruitiness, and a balanced profile that retains the natural original character of each bean.
