a refreshing experience with the fruity flavor of co-fermentation
The fruity flavor from the co-fermentation is already quite pronounced—a nice one-time experience, but not exactly a contender for a daily driver

Juiciness & fruitiness
Fruity and milky/kefir-like aroma and flavor characteristics, reminiscent of mango lassi, tropical fruit milkshakes, and candies
A surprising aroma/flavor profile, considering that the coffee is described as "washed" :) but is in fact a washed coffee that has undergone mosto/yeast fermentation and thermal shock processing

Beans with a wonderful aroma
Exotic—with a mango flavor—distinctively bold
A tea-like note (though it faded as it cooled)
