Chocolate smell.
The taste is similar to tea, after cooling, very pronounced acidity.
There is no coffee for yesterday, but it was still a very pleasant taste and I can imagine drinking it more often.

Strong fermentation notes, it tastes like a very ripe banana
Really pleasant cocoa-like dry bitterness, it blends really well
It is really good but I don’t think I’d ever buy it again. This over-ripe banana note is really invasive and persistent

Process: with the switch closed, pour in 60g of water and the ground coffee. Stir it and let it steep 1 minute. Open the switch, pour in more water in a circular motion until you reach 230g. Let it drain and when the coffee is about to emerge pour in the remaining 50g of water just in the center. Give it a good spin.
