This dynamic Colombian coffee from the Industra Coffeeroastery in Brno focuses on purity, aroma, and a clearly discernible flavor profile. An intense and aromatic profile unfolds in the cup, combining sweet notes of lychee with delicate floral nuances of rose and the juicy fruitiness of ripe apricots. The result is a coffee with a distinctive aroma, pleasant sweetness, and fresh character that makes every sip an experience—ideal for lovers of filtered coffee who want to discover fruity complexity complemented by floral and sweet notes.

It comes from the Oporapa region in the Huila department of Colombia, where the Quebraditas family project is run by young farmers Edinson Argote and Ángela Rojas. Edinson, who has experience from several well-known coffee regions in Colombia, and Ángela, who entered the coffee industry after her previous career in healthcare, have joined forces to produce specialty coffee with a clear and reproducible flavor profile. The project focuses on precise soil care and farming practices, enabling it to offer coffees with a pure terroir and distinctive character.

This coffee is processed using the washed method with yeast fermentation, which enhances the purity and aroma of the final cup. Fully ripe cherries are carefully selected, washed, and then subjected to controlled fermentation using specific yeasts, which helps develop fruity and floral nuances in the flavor. The washed processing also contributes to a bright acidity and clean profile, allowing the detailed tones of lychee, rose, and apricot to stand out beautifully in the cup.
