DAK simply knows how to roast and select beans
A coconut
A little darker roast for my taste

It might appeal to those who like the "turkish" taste of a very heavily roasted coffee, without the typical stronger roast bitterness
I didn't like this coffee very much, I can drink it, but I can't help myself that when I drink it, I always feel as if I smell something a little baked or burnt in the background, like burnt sugar or burnt chicory or 90% dark chocolate ( only for this coffee, although I have tasted 2 or 3 other coffees from DAK and quite a few coffees from other producers)

nice packaging, like other coffees from DAK
Milky cake excellent, a couple of other coffees from DAK excellent, but this was pure evil. I was curious and paid extra for it. really smelly coffee, very difficult to drink, only with a lot of self-denial, even so, half the package ended up in the trash..

I suspected that it would be "interesting" coffee and it was... :-)
An experimental method of processing in the truest sense of the word
Next time I will order something more conservative from DAK :-)
It smells like popcorn being roasted
It tastes like burnt buckwheat
The first coffee from Kofia that goes into the bin - aeropress, chemex, v60, all undrinkable

Distinct aroma and taste of pineapple
Even the coconut, but more like just the smell
For some, perhaps too strong a fruity aroma (but I enjoy it)

The smell of grinding
Once in a while doesn't offend
Anything that reminds me of buckwheat lowers my rating
If I drink it for several days in a row, the buckwheat flavor bothers me more and more
Milky Cake much better show ... this one did not impress me

It smells interesting after grinding
It doesn't taste good and I didn't like it, the unusual tasting coffees from DAK seem to me to be "cheesy" but nothing that I would want to drink every day

The taste and smell of piñacolada, or pina colada in a coffee dress ;)
Very delicious, pineapple-coconut flavor

Pina Colada!
Anyone who knows me knows that I have a rather conservative attitude towards DAK. I have always perceived their coffees as high quality, but not breathtaking. COCO BONGO has the potential to subvert and change that view.
The distinct taste of coconut cut by slightly acidic pineapple. It's like having a summer cocktail, only without alcohol and with caffeine.
Very unusual taste
On the V60, with my traditional recipe, it got slightly hot and flew through the filter quite quickly, it will probably want to improve the recipes and grinding :)

Smell - after grinding, it will smell the whole kitchen :)
Great creamy taste of coconut and banana. It almost tastes like a coffee shake
The sour and exotic taste and aroma of pineapple adds a beautiful tang to the creaminess
