Bourbon Sidra from Not Another Boring Ro astery is the type of coffee that doesn't get left behind. The flavour literally explodes with vibrant notes of tropical fruits - passion fruit and guava - pleasantly balanced by a sweetness reminiscent of fine milk chocolate. Floral notes and even subtle hints of cardamom or ginger appear on the finish. In short, a cup that never fails to entertain - complex, aromatic and exceptionally elegant. Prepare it as a filter and enjoy how each sip opens up a new layer of flavour.
El Diviso Farm is located at an altitude of 1750-1800 m above sea level near the Colombian town of Pitalito, in the heart of the Huila region. This farm is run by Nestor Lasso, a coffee enthusiast and third generation farmer who, together with his brother and neighbour from Las Flores Farm, is constantly experimenting and pushing quality further. Growing fine coffee here has a deep tradition, and Nestor's team makes it a modern experience - always with an emphasis on the uniqueness of each harvest. The Sidra variety, a cross between Bourbon and Typica, matures slowly here under the shade of native trees, which has a major impact on its complexity.
This coffee has undergone a washed method - the ripe cherries have been carefully selected, fermented and then dried under strictly controlled conditions. This is what allows the natural flavour notes and clean, uncompromising profile to stand out. The washed processing by Nestor's team is precise and delicate, but the result is a stunning taste experience that lingers long in the memory. An ideal choice for those times when you want something special that you can truly savour.
