About Quickborn Roastery
Quickborn Roastery is a Slovakian specialty coffee roaster that goes its own way—honestly, without unnecessary fuss, and with an emphasis on taste, purity, and balance in the cup. Its approach combines professional barista artistry with a friendly atmosphere, often in a very unconventional way. They operate a mobile coffee bar built in a converted horsebox, thanks to which they bring specialty coffees and original drinks directly to people at festivals, weddings, and private celebrations. During the summer, you can also find them regularly at Devín Castle.
The story of the Quickborn roastery began in a small workshop. It was there that the founders first experimented with a small roaster and offered their coffee at various events. Over time, the idea was born to take the whole concept to the next level – to convert a horsebox and take the coffee directly to the people. At the heart of the entire mobile coffee project is a well-coordinated team consisting of barista Tomáš and bartender Petru. Together, they ensure that the preparation of coffee and cocktails is always accompanied by a personal and warm approach.
Quickborn Roastery's main mission is to share the joy of specialty coffee and quality drinks, no matter where you are. They roast the coffee they love to drink themselves – whether it's filter coffee or espresso. Each flavor profile is carefully tuned to be clear, sweet, and perfect for both the café and your home. In short, it's coffee that makes sense. They offer their beans in many forms, from espresso and filter coffee to cold brew, and the coffee menu is complemented by original cocktails and refreshing drinks that match the overall experience of the event.
