distinctive and fun palate
easy to prepare - you’ll get fun cup of coffee every time
it’s a very good co-ferment, but all issues of co-fermented beans are present (flavor fatigue, obscured base profile, artificial taste)
Recipe
Among the finest co-fermented beans tasted, this delivers intense orange peel aromatics evolving into panettone-like flavors—evocatively festive and spiced. Not suited as a daily driver due to flavor fatigue, but ideal every other day as a holiday confections substitute.

Taste you’d expect from Christmas coffee
Fairly strong aroma (seems you have to be ready for this with co-ferments), but after trying a different recipe it’s manageable
